(RESERVED!) Hey there :) I am looking to rent out the spare room in my apartment for 3 months starting September 18th. The room is about 15 square metres on the first floor of an apartment complex just east of Rotterdam. The room has a 2-person Ikea bed, mattrass, and desk and there are 2 built-in closets for easy storage. You will be sharing the common areas with only me and my girlfriend. I also have a friendly pet lovebird, who is allowed to fly around freely in the house. The apartment has a lot of modern equipment for your convenience, like philips Hue lighting, a washing machine, dishwasher, good vacuum, nespresso machine, etc! The place is situated close to the Schenkel subway station, has a supermarket right nextdoor, and is about 15 minutes cycling away from the Erasmus university. The surrounding area has plenty of nature, including a small lake, so is probably best suited for those who prefer to be in a calm and green environment. For a housemate we prefer somebody who is organized and clean, likes to socialize as well sometimes, and is easygoing. The preferred gender is female. The room is available for 3 months only.
